Kick off session
We define what executive presence means for you, your role and your audience. We set your objectives for your coaching sessions.
STEP 02
Regular coaching sessions over 3 months
We work on your real situations: meetings, presentations, difficult conversations, speaking without preparation.
STEP 03
Between sessions
Short practical challenges to apply in your actual work, plus AI simulations and speech analysis for quantifiable and actionable feedback.
STEP 04
Final review
We measure where you started, where you are now, and what to keep working on.

How often do we meet?
As often as you need: often once a week or every 2 weeks, online or in person (Côte d'Azur).
What if I travel a lot?
We know you are busy and we are flexible to allow for this.
Can my company fund this?
Yes. I can provide a proposal and invoice for your company. If you're in France, there are funding options. Please contact us for more info.
